This is a single-slot circular zero-pointquick-change positioning tray compatible with EROWA/3R systems. It isspecifically designed for the rapid clamping and cross-equipment transfer ofprecision workpieces and electrodes, and is a core tooling for high-precisionscenarios such as five-axis machining, EDM, and CMM inspection.
Product Appearance and Structure
Main Body: Circular high-strength alloystructural steel, with a single-slot T-shaped/dovetail groove structure on thesurface and a standard zero-point positioning interface at the bottom.
Core Structure:
Top: Single-slot positioning surface +center positioning hole for quick installation of electrode holders, smallworkpiece fixtures, or jigs, ensuring precise positioning without offset.
Side: Locking/unlocking operation holes(manual/pneumatic optional), working with bottom pull studs for quick lockingand releasing.
Bottom: Standard EROWA/3R positioninginterface, allowing for quick docking with zero-point positioners and machinetool tables, with a repeatability accuracy ≤0.002mm.
