2.Core Structure

Front Clamping End: Compatible with EROWA standard quick-change interface, allowingfor rapid clamping of electrodes/workpieces, featuring a self-centering lockingstructure for secure clamping without offset.

Middle Adjustment Module: Bidirectional precision lead screw adjustment for X/Y axes,enabling micron-level fine-tuning and correction of machining position withoutdisassembly.

Base:High-strength, lightweight, hollow design, providing high rigidity and reducedweight. Pre-drilled mounting holes at the bottom allow for direct mounting tothe wire EDM machine's worktable.

The base can be directly fixed to the wire EDM machine tool, or it can be equippedwith a zero-point positioner to achieve zero-point transfer across equipment(EDM→WEDM→CNC).

3.High rigidity and stability ensure machining quality. The high-strength moldsteel body is precision ground, resulting in high rigidity and resistance todeformation, ensuring vibration-free and displacement-free operation duringhigh-current wire EDM.

The hollow design balances lightweight design with rigidity, reducing machine toolload while facilitating coolant flow and chip removal.
