It can stably withstand the complexcutting stress during dovetail groove machining, without edge chipping, wear ordeformation, even when processing high-hardness materials such as hardenedsteel, mold steel and stainless steel.

Differentfrom ordinary end mills, our Carbide Dovetail End Mills have optimizedtoughness while maintaining high hardness, solving the problem thathigh-hardness tools are easy to be brittle and break during angular cutting.The integral carbide structure ensures uniform hardness and structure of theentire tool, which can stably complete dovetail groove roughing, semi-finishingand finishing in one step, reducing tool replacement frequency and consumablecosts, and improving production efficiency.

OurCarbide Dovetail End Mills adopt a precise dovetail angle design, with optionalstandard angles of 30°, 45°, 60° and other customized angles, which can beperfectly matched with different dovetail groove design requirements. The toolis processed by advanced CNC grinding equipment with micron-level precision,the angle error is controlled within ±0.01°, and the groove width and depthaccuracy is ≤±0.005mm, ensuring the consistency of dovetail groove size andangle.

Thecutting edge of the dovetail end mill is sharp and smooth, processed byprecision grinding technology, ensuring that the dovetail groove surface isflat and burr-free (Ra≤0.4μm), without steps or scratches, which can directlymeet the assembly requirements without subsequent grinding and trimming. Theoptimized spiral angle and chip evacuation groove design can quickly dischargethe chips generated during angular cutting, avoid chip accumulation blocking thetool groove, and prevent scratches on the groove surface and damage to thetool, ensuring smooth and continuous machining.

Tofurther enhance the performance of the tool and adapt to the harsh workingconditions of dovetail groove machining, the surface of our Carbide DovetailEnd Mills is coated with high-performance AlCrN/TiAlN nano-coating. Thiscoating has excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and anti-adhesion, whichcan effectively isolate the cutting temperature up to 1000, reduce the friction betweenthe tool and the workpiece, and avoid problems such as tool sticking, built-upedge, groove surface scratches and tool wear caused by high temperature.
