This is a circular quick-change positioning tray compatible with EROWA/3R systems.It's a core tooling for enabling rapid transfer of precision workpieces and electrodesacross equipment, widely used in five-axis machining, EDM, and CMM inspection.
Main Body: Circular stainless steel/alloy structural steel material, with multiplesets of positioning and mounting holes on the surface. The bottom is thezero-point positioning interface.
Core Structure:
Top:Multi-specification threaded hole/positioning hole array for mounting electrodetrays, workpiece clamps, or tooling fixtures.
Side:Locking/unlocking operation holes (pneumatic/manual), working with bottom pullstuds for quick locking and releasing.
Bottom:Standard EROWA/3R positioning interface for quick docking with zero-pointpositioners and machine tool tables.
